Return to Rest
SL:EEP is an invitation to return to rest. In a world that asks us to remain alert, responsive and occupied, the transition from activity to stillness can become something we struggle to find. Rest begins with recognising this shift — allowing the day to settle and creating space for the body to receive the night.
Lemon Balm and Chamomile bring gentle, familiar herbal notes to the blend, while Passionflower and Skullcap have a long history of use in traditional herbal practices centred on relaxation and rest. Ashwagandha adds an earthy depth, Mugwort brings a distinctive herbaceous character, and Lavender rounds the infusion with its soft, aromatic presence.
Together, these herbs offer a moment to pause at the end of the day. The ritual of preparing and sipping a warm infusion creates a transition from the demands of waking life towards the quiet of evening.
Rest is not something to force. It is a rhythm to return to.
Best enjoyed as part of an evening ritual.
