DE:FREEZE is a targeted herbal infusion created to accompany the body when energy, response and movement feel held or paused. It works with the experience of being stuck — inviting softness, circulation and movement back into the body, not through force, but through steady, supported release.
In the body, this kind of holding can show up as tightness, shallow breath, heaviness or a sense of being unable to move forward despite effort. DE:FREEZE works gently with these patterns, bringing together herbs traditionally valued for circulation, relaxation, grounding and nervous system support.
As the body begins to soften, movement can return gradually. The breath may feel easier, the body less rigid, and there can be a renewed sense of responsiveness and connection. The intention is not to push the body out of where it is, but to create the conditions for movement to emerge naturally.
Mugwort forms the core of the blend, traditionally valued for its relationship with movement, awareness and patterns of holding. Linden brings a softening, soothing quality, creating space for release without overwhelm. Yarrow is traditionally valued for circulation and flow, while Spikenard grounds and steadies the blend. Skullcap completes the formulation with its traditional use for calm and relaxation, particularly when the body has been carrying tension.

*We encourage multiple infusions. As the colour softens and the flavour becomes more subtle, the conversation with the plants continues. The first cup is not always the whole story. Spend time with the herbs and allow the relationship to unfold across several infusions.
Add 1 tsp–1 tbsp of herbs per cup (250 ml) of freshly boiled water. Cover and steep for 10–15 minutes. Strain and enjoy.
Store in an airtight container, protected from heat, light, and moisture, to preserve the integrity of the herbs.
