1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

  • incorrect item received
  • product is defective

Request must be made within 7 days of delivery with proof.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • used items
  • digital products
3. Refund Process
  • Verified within 3–5 days
  • Processed within 7–14 business days
  • ₹100 shipping deducted
4. Replacement

Eligible cases may receive replacement instead of refund.

5. Cancellation

Allowed only before dispatch.

6. Digital Products & Sessions

All offerings under The Eighth Time are non-refundable.
