Free Shipping

Decor Outdoor offers free regular shipping on all orders shipped to residential or commercial addresses within the contiguous United States. Orders are delivered Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

Drop Shipping

We are an online-only luxury furniture and lighting boutique, and do not have a warehouse. Consequently, all orders are drop shipped directly from our manufacturers to your door. If your order includes items from more than one manufacturer, you will receive multiple deliveries. Because we are dependent on the on-hand inventory of our manufacturing partners, some items listed on our site may not actually be available right away. Please call us at 888.784.4644 or via our contact form with any stocking questions and we'll get in touch with the appropriate manufacturer for answers, before you place your order.

Ground Shipping

Small parcel items ship regular ground via delivery services such as FedEx, UPS or DHL. Orders typically take 2-3 business days to process and in-stock items will usually be delivered 3-5 days from the date that they ship (depending on origin and destination). If there is a delay, you will be notified by email. No signature is required for standard ground shipping, so you may want to make arrangements to have packages brought inside soon after delivery, if you are unable to receive it in person.

We speak a lot about the importance of gut health—not only for beauty—but also in terms of our overall health, wellbeing and immunity. But before we can fully understand why the gut is so integral to our health, it’s first essential to learn more about the physiology of the gut itself—and how it works.

Prepare + Receive

Bitter is an invitation to receive.

In traditional food cultures around the world, bitter flavours were valued not for pleasure alone, but for their ability to awaken the body’s digestive intelligence. Long before food reaches the stomach, bitterness signals the body to prepare — stimulating digestive secretions, encouraging bile flow, and readying the system for nourishment.

In modern life, this conversation has largely disappeared. Meals are often hurried, and the body’s natural readiness to receive nourishment begins to fade.

BI:TTER brings this ancient dialogue back into the cup.

Dandelion Root forms the foundation, traditionally used to support liver function and bile flow. Fennel and Ginger add warmth and movement, while Turmeric offers grounding support. Hibiscus contributes a bright, tangy lift that balances the deeper notes of the blend. Gentian and Wormwood, among the most respected bitter herbs in traditional herbalism, provide the characteristic bitterness that stimulates the digestive response.

The bitter taste asks for attention. It cannot be rushed past. In meeting it, the body remembers an older rhythm.

Prepare the body to receive what it is given.

Best enjoyed before meals.

Serving Size: 1 tsp–1 tbsp (approximately 2–6 g)

Approx. Servings per Container: 13–40*

*We encourage multiple infusions. As the colour softens and the flavour becomes more subtle, the conversation with the plants continues. The first cup is not always the whole story. Spend time with the herbs and allow the relationship to unfold across several infusions.

THE EIGHTH TIME – PLANT MEDICINE IN PRACTICE.

For those ready to listen, not just learn, The Eighth Time is our immersive plant-medicine experience — a space to slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect with your body through the quiet intelligence of plants.

These sessions are not simply educational; they are experiential and lived. Each gathering weaves together hands-on learning, ritual, reflection, and attentive presence, allowing understanding to arise through direct encounter rather than information alone.

Participants engage with plants through in-person guidance, sensory exploration, and tea ceremonies designed to cultivate attunement, patience, and receptivity. Plants are not presented as substances to use, but as beings to meet — encountered through relationship, observation, and embodied awareness.

Every session is crafted to restore trust: in your body’s signals, in the wisdom of the plants, and in the subtle rhythms that sustain life. Whether you are beginning your journey or deepening an existing practice, The Eighth Time offers a grounded, relational path of learning whose effects continue to unfold long after the gathering ends.
