Nettle, Oat Straw, Horsetail and Alfalfa form a deeply nutritive foundation, bringing together plants traditionally valued for their mineral content and nourishing qualities. Gynostemma adds a long-standing traditional use as a tonic herb, while Rosehips bring their naturally antioxidant-rich profile.
This is not a blend for a quick boost. It is nourishment through consistency — a daily practice of giving the body what it needs to rebuild and remain well-nourished over time.

*We encourage multiple infusions. As the colour softens and the flavour becomes more subtle, the conversation with the plants continues. The first cup is not always the whole story. Spend time with the herbs and allow the relationship to unfold across several infusions.
Add 1 tsp–1 tbsp of herbs per cup (250 ml) of freshly boiled water. Cover and steep for 10–15 minutes. Strain and enjoy.
Store in an airtight container, protected from heat, light, and moisture, to preserve the integrity of the herbs.
