Lemon Balm and Chamomile form the heart of the blend, traditionally used to support calm and relaxation. Passionflower is traditionally used to ease restlessness and support a settled mind, while Lavender brings a gentle aromatic softness. Ashwagandha provides a grounding botanical foundation, traditionally used to support resilience during periods of stress.
Together, these herbs create a gentle descent from activity into restfulness. Rather than seeking escape from the day, this blend gently ushers us into the consciousness of approaching the day with a sense of completeness.

*We encourage multiple infusions. As the colour softens and the flavour becomes more subtle, the conversation with the plants continues. The first cup is not always the whole story. Spend time with the herbs and allow the relationship to unfold across several infusions.
Add 1 tsp–1 tbsp of herbs per cup (250 ml) of freshly boiled water. Cover and steep for 10–15 minutes. Strain and enjoy.
Store in an airtight container, protected from heat, light, and moisture, to preserve the integrity of the herbs.
