Mullein forms the foundation of the blend, traditionally valued for its soothing relationship with the respiratory system. Elderflower and Echinacea bring traditional botanical support, while Elderberry adds its naturally antioxidant-rich profile. Lemongrass and Peppermint bring freshness and aromatic lightness, and Licorice Root offers a soothing quality for the throat and respiratory tissues.

*We encourage multiple infusions. As the colour softens and the flavour becomes more subtle, the conversation with the plants continues. The first cup is not always the whole story. Spend time with the herbs and allow the relationship to unfold across several infusions.
Add 1 tsp–1 tbsp of herbs per cup (250 ml) of freshly boiled water. Cover and steep for 10–15 minutes. Strain and enjoy.
Store in an airtight container, protected from heat, light, and moisture, to preserve the integrity of the herbs.
