MYCELIUM
or, mycorrhiz

Mycelium is a network of fungal threads that grows underground, forming symbiotic connections with plant roots across forests and ecosystems. Through this living network, plants exchange water, minerals, carbon, and chemical signals – enabling cooperation, resilience, and regeneration.

When a tree is damaged or removed, mycelium transmit signals to surrounding plants. Nearby trees respond by redirecting nutrients and moisture towards the remaining roots and stump, extending life and stabilising the ecosystem. Surviving here is collective, not individual. This system reveals a fundamental truth of nature: Life thrives through connection. The forest does not function as isolated organisms, but as a shared body – communicating, responding, and adapting together. This non-verbal intelligence is precise, efficient, and deeply relational.

By observing mycelium, we are reminded that humans are not outside the system. We are participants within it – shaped by the same laws of exchange, balance, and mutual care. Mycelium becomes both a biological reality and a living metaphor of the fact that healing arises through connection, nourishment, and flow.

Our World

Plants grow where they are needed. Their leaves, roots, and berries, carry minerals drawn from the earth and wisdom shaped by seasons. We choose herbs for the ability to hydrate tissue, restore balance, support, structure, and strengthen resilience – working with the body rather than against it. Our blends are simple, intentional, and made to be used daily. Because healing is not a moment – it is a practice.
