THE ART OF BREWING

THE ART OF BREWING

Brewing calls attention — the art of bringing together water, plant, and time — the outcome governed by how you meet them. Temperature, quantity, and duration shape the cup, but so does the way you hold the process.

There is nothing to perfect.
Only to notice.

As you brew, small details begin to stand out — the change in scent, the deepening colour, the moment the tea opens. Over time, you learn to read these shifts, and respond.

This is the art of brewing — not technique alone, but familiarity built through repetition.

BEYOND THE OBVIOUS

TEAS

Add 1 Tbsp per 1 cup of hot water. Steep for 5-10 min. Strain, and savor the warmth.

HY:DRATE or flowers

Less is More

EO’s are different from teas. While tea is a ceremony we return to with the desire to cultivate relationship, EO’s are instant pick-me-up.

Different ways you use them:

  1. A drop under the tongue
  2. Pulse points
  3. In your face oils

Being able to appreciate nature, and by extension, the perfection of our bodies, entails being able to identify truths hidden in plain sight. There have been people who have sought and awakened to little treasures amidst the seemingly burning world. And what they have found, being too exuberant to be kept to themselves, yet not understood by others, they have been hidden in plain sight – in a desire that one day a worthy will come and claim it and take the next step on the path.

Look at the world around you. Where did you find your life?

The reads are deep yet only Vanilla to what the world of plant medicine has to offer. Hence, we can only laugh, and perhaps dance stirred with craziness, at how little we know and how grand the existence is.
