This is a three-month journey designed to support women in coming back into their bodies — reclaiming sensation, presence, and the parts of self that may have gone numb over time.

Powerful yet gentle, the program is an invitation rather than a demand. It cultivates a sense of safety that arises from within — something that cannot be given or taken away by external circumstances.

Held both online and in person, the structure includes six core sessions, one integration (transit) session, and five supporting sessions. Each core session is accompanied by carefully chosen plant medicines that deepen and stabilise the process.

This container functions like a Faraday cage — a protected field where external noise, fear, and helplessness lose their grip. Many women live under invisible pressure to suppress, postpone, or disconnect from what they feel. Here, those postponed parts are gently revisited, acknowledged, and reclaimed.

Through the journey, we move from avoidance and fragmentation toward wholeness. Pieces that were set aside “for later” are welcomed back into conscious life. This reintegration creates a powerful shift — clarity increases, vitality returns, and the body becomes a place that can be inhabited rather than endured.

The potency of plant medicine is supported by this inner grounding. The work emphasizes inner-standing — a direct, lived knowing — rather than relying solely on external explanations or coping strategies.
